Cosmos not germinating - again!

    If you feed them or put them on rich ground they will get loads of green and not so many flowers, like the ones in the photo above. 
    But I love the green ferny foliage so it really doesn’t need matter. 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

    Huh sorry you lost me ? I haven' said that they won' germinate outside? I just said they need heat around 20 degrees to get the best germination. If you read back I posted that I've even got some cosmos self seeded outside
