Can one identity this tree

Can anyone identify this tree? It’s now in flower and I still can’t put a name to it. The previous owner of 60 years didn’t know what it was. If anyone can solve this mystery it would be appreciated.

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    Sorbus aria lutescens  common name Whitebeam have leaves that are grey on the top and bottom. see below
    Whilst Sorbus aria has leaves green on top and grey underneath
    Perthshire. SCOTLAND .
