Hi Ilona - I'm a newbie with Blueberries and have 3 in full flower atm.
What I do know about them is that they must have quite an acid soil, so unless Emma has acid soil in her garden, they'll be better off in pots with ericaceous compost (that's compost especially made for acid-loving plants). My 3 yr old plants are in 5L pots with Grow Wise ericaceous compost.
They should only be lightly pruned in winter, and only if needed - it's in their nature to be twiggy and a bit lanky.
Water only with rainwater (which is slightly acidic) and feed with something designed for acid-loving plants e.g. Miracle Grow Azalea food.
A friend of mine has 3 plants and he harvested 7kg last year - which is what prompted me to have a go. I can see tiny berries appearing already - can't wait!

Have another go - there's a little blue progress bar above the message box you should see moving from left to right as your photo is uploaded - it takes about 15-20 seconds usually for me.
    Ill show you mine.. ;)

I've got early, mid and late season
Ozarkblue, Patriot and Herbert (supposedly the most blueberry tasting blueberry available..)
I got mine from here - very pleased with the plants
