Name my plant please.

This was given to me by a friend before she moved home.  I know nothing about the shrub.  It has small blue flowers. Thank you.

    I'm better with plants than with people. ( names that is )
    I remember the names of my nephew's daughters, but can never remember which is the elder and which is younger. I cop out by referring to them as  " the girls"
