I would go for tiarella but I may be wrong. They are all very similar
Heuchera which have lots of colour with a maple shaped leaf, which can be ruffled, with veining etc. The flowers have many bell shaped flowers on tall/short stems.
Tiarella have lobed or heart shaped foliage which are mainly green with maroon barring in the center. The have star shaped flowers usually clustered together at the top of the stems. Common name for Tiarella is Foamflower because of the way the flower looks at a glance.

Is there a reason why it's an issue? They're very similar in their requirements so unless you need to know the specific variety or type, just enjoy it! The flowers are certainly more like Heuchera [or Heucherella] than the Tiarellas. Heucheras have a spike like that, with the flowers alternating along it, while tiarellas tend to have a little 'cone' of flowers on the top of the stem.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
That's what I said hogweed! They tend to have slightly different arrangements and sizes of flowers to the Heuchera - but in the end, they're all very similar - and useful plants in the right place
