    From your planting plan, it sounds like you are going for pelargoniums and all the plants chosen so far like poor, well drained soils. Pea gravel mulch on top of the planting could look lovely and very tactile. I was thinking lamb's ears (Stachys byzantina 'Silver Carpet') would be my choice to have by a seating area. So gorgeous to touch and would fit with the glaucous colours. Another texture.
