Spanish lavender - is it dead?

so thought it had survived the frost but the last lot seems to have been too severe. The branches are green if I cut through but is seriously brown/grey with only one or two green branches per plant - is it game over?

    I pulled mine out in that state.
    In London. Keen but lazy.

    That's frustrating! I might give it a little longer and hope for the best!
