So that's what it should look like

Since we moved in 3 years ago the Rhodedendron has produced only 1 bloom even though I put new ericaceous in the bed and talked to it. After a foul wet cold winter it has produced a splendid show. I walk around the garden and see plants that have been in the doldrums until now. I know it may sound silly but I think the hard winter has given the plants a natural rest and now with the warm weather life is bursting out. For years we have had tepid summers, cool winters and non excistant Autumn and Spring. Such a joy to see at last
