I'm guessing some form of picea, possibly p. abies?

The needles look like they're in pairs when zoomed in so I'd say one of the cultivars of Scot's pine (Pinus sylvestris), maybe 'Beuvronensis'?

A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

Looking at the pairs of whorled leaves , yellow male flowers and the terminal purple females ,I think it might be the Mountain Pine (Pinus mugo) .
