Climbing Hydrangea

Is it possible to grow a climbing Hydrangea in a large pot? I've just planted one against a wall,now my daughter wants to grow one,but doesn't have ground space,I'm afraid I don't know the answer!

    I have one planted in a pot.  It is probably growing slower than if it was in the ground but it looks healthy and flowers.
