Weed or Plant?

Hi,
We have been in our new home less than 12 months and have enjoyed all the new plants coming through spring bulbs etc but was wondering if anyone could tell me if this is a weed or plant it seems to be spreading along the border and into the grass (I'm thinking weed)

    It's a type of Yarrow but if it started in the border it might be a cultivated one.  Dig it up out of the lawn but wait 'til it flowers in the border to fully identify.
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    There are some lovely cultivated yarrows, but I'm pretty certain that's the weedy one. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
