Help - not sure what this tree is!

Large (5 metre plus) tree. Keeps its leaves all year round (we live is a very sheltered spot in Buckinghamshire). It’s suffered overcrowding and was leaning significantly, made worse after heavy snowfall in the winter.
I am wondering how to help it (pruning etc) and would like to start by understanding what it is! It’s just starting to blossom so thought now would be the best time to get it identified!

Looks like Pittosporum to me.

Love them tiny scented flowers. I have 4 varieties of pittosporum tenuifolium in my garden and usually can smell them before I can spot the flowers! Plus one P. Tobira with larger, cream flowers. See http://www.rezeau.org/wp-garden/en/category/plantae-en/pittosporaceae-en/

Indeed the scent is so strong and heady at the moment, particularly in the evenings. Almost too much.
