Turf advice- novice gardener

hello all
the sun came out so I eventually tried to sort out my garden.
Is the ground shown in the images good enough to lay turf or should I get some top soil.
Not sure if it is clear but it does have stones in the soil. I’ve took some of the bigger ones out but as a novice any preperation advice is welcome.
