    Completely flummoxed!

Blue, it grows so madly over a small arch that I have to cut it back every week during the summer. I don't think I've seen a seed pod on it. It's very happy, a shame that it's in the wrong place. It's trying to climb and has nowhere to go.

Are you an RHS member by any chance?

I am stumped with this.  Please Fire, do let us know when/if you identify it.

Fire, I've been searching the internet on and off for the past week.. and I can't find it.  Tylophoria, Vincetoxium, Hoya, Matelea, etc.  Nothing matches that unique flower shape.  I think you have something rare.. you NEED to find out what it is before you move/bin it.  I NEED to know.   :)

Hello everyone, we've identified it as Periploca graeca  (silk vine) :D

Just before Nora posted the ID I had thought it might be Araujia sericifera a plant in the same family (Apocynaceae).

    I can't say I have noticed.
I can see how it could become invasive. Triffidy, certainly.
