Is it too late/early to plant garlic?

    Right these are the cloves I have left. Some are huge! I’m going to clean up and put the unsprouted ones in a jar, then work out what to do with the rest.

    Sorry to hijack the thread. Thanks wild edges and debs. A jar full of garlic in olive oil looks lovely!

    Hmm this didn’t work. I sort of knew this but forgot, but olive oil in the fridge solidifies and it now looks really unappetising. I wonder if all oils solidify or a different oil would work? 
    Pickling might have been better. 
    I did freeze some too so hopefully they will be ok.

    Just bring the oil out to warm up it will soon liquefy again. My own made salad dressing does this all the time.
