you could google images of Choysia and see if that looks the same but that's only a guess from the very hazy details I can see when I zoom in.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Its definitely Choisya. The perfume must be knockout! My flowers are just starting to open now. Its outside my back door and once the flowers open I could almost get drunk on the scent!
Your right though, looks like a Choisya. Need to look into if it would be happy in my garden and if so...go shopping!!

YG - that aspect sounds perfect for it and you can keep it the height you wish by trimming after it has flowered.
