Hi. I live in Toronto Canada.  Last year I bought 1 years old cherry tree. I kept it in pot for 3 months and it start to grow and had new branches . I planted it to the soil and it is on soil for 1 year. When i planted in the soil leaves started to fade. Recently i saw some animals attacked it and ate its branches. I attached picture of it . So if someone can help me to can i recover it or no. It is 2 inches high. Thanks

Looks like deer.  Put some six foot galvanized wire about three feet in diameter around the remains, and give it until this time next spring and see if it regrows.
