Not weeping Weeping Willow

4 years ago I took some cuttings from a large Golden Weeping Willow tree.  2 of the cuttings took and now are approximately 8 foot tall.  Neither is weeping.  Do they have to reach a certain size to start to achieve that form, or does the location of the cuttings from the tree make a difference?  I cut suckers from a couple of large branches.

    Does the tree have a multitude of branches?  I would expect some 'weeping' towards the ends of the branches for a tree that size.  Can you post a picture?
