Help with spots on tomato leaves (First-time gardener!)

This is my first year gardening and I've been trying to grow tomatoes from seed.

Over the past week or so I've started finding discoloured spots on the leaves of a lot of my  plants. I've been putting them outside during the day to try and harden them off for planting out into raised beds.

I'm trying several varieties (the ones in the pictures are Gardener's Delight & Black Cherry, but I'm also trying Sweet Casaday, Ukranian Purple, Rosella and San Marzano) and it seems to be happening to them all.

Some of the leaves are also drying and shrivelling up, even though I've been keeping them well-watered.

I saw another post which showed similar damage to tomato leaves, and the consensus seemed to be that they'd been scorched. But given that we've not had that much sun yet this year, could that be what's happened here?

Is there anything I can do to help them recover?
I as said, I was hoping to plant them all out into raised beds at some point. Is that going to be possible?

Ah ok, that makes sense, thank you!

So should I just be putting them out for a couple of hours in the morning and evening, when they don't get any direct sun?

And will the scorched leaves be able to recover, or is it best to just remove them?
