Identify mystery plant of concern...

Jo NewtonJo Newton Posts: 4
Hi there. I'm hoping someone can help identify this plant, that is growing amongst some kind of bamboo. This is my first year in a new house so I'm ignorantly inheriting both! Little concerned, as it seems to have multiple shoots out the ground, that it might be taking over underground?... Thank you in advance!

Sorbaria sorbifolia 'Sem' very popular but I don't like those sick looking leaves. It suckers and pops up anywhere

Looks like Rhus typhina , or Stag's Horn Sumach ; can spread rather rapidly by root-suckers .

Thank you all. Google images strongly support the sorbaria suggestion!
I find the leaves quite attractive, hence letting it do its thing for a bit, but it's grown quite fast already! Will investigate control methods!
    Thank you!

It will produce fluffy white flower heads which are quite pretty.

They do run like mad when happy but the suckers are quite easy to dig out and pull up if the ground is soft after rain.

I agree with Sorbaria sorbifolia but suggest that the ‘sick leaves’ are perfectly normal for emerging leaves.

I know the leaves are normal but in this case normal looks sick to me. I put mine through the shredder
