    The shrub does look like a viburnum, but I can't know which and I'm not the one to be sure... The  tall herb could be Alliaria petiolata, aka Garlic Mustard (weed). Finally, probably cow parsley (Anthriscus sylvestris).

    I think that second one looks more like lunaria alba.  Produces those papery coin looking seedheads which the French call monnaie de pape .  Honesty in English.

    Don't think the flower petals are big enough for lunaria ... I'm going with Hedge garlic/Jack by the Hedge for No. 2

  • lunaria aka honesty has pinky mauve flowers I would go with jack by the hedge.

    There is a white honesty ... Lunaria alba ... but the photo isn't it.
