Identify these please.

Any ideas what these are, if they flower & how big they get please.

    I thought it was laurel

    Indeed it is, the Cherry laurel, which is Prunus laurocerasus. And one particular variety, as @Hostafan1 suggested, is 'Otto Luyken'. I'm assuming you're refering to the first image BTW.

    If you're referring to the 2nd image, then I too wondered if it was laurel, but couldn't decide. I did even wonder if it was a bay tree ...

    This Laurel doesn’t get too tall. Maximum of 1 meter in height. Normally shorter. The flowers are the ones in your photo, and finishes by mid summer.

    Could they be the same, but with #2 being pruned too late in the year so it's putting on new growth instead of flowering?  There does seem to be a similar flower on the left in photo 2.
