  Yes, I would also say Prunus 'Kanzan', it's very commonly planted, and they're all out right now where I am...

  I have a baby one and the label says “Prunus Royal Burgundy” Looks very similar but I’m no expert. 
  
  The leaves on yours are lighter and might be “Prunus Kanzan”
