Help!! Naked Men Rnning Around my Garden

I have a dilemma naked homeless men are running around my garden and peeing on my plants, I have chased them away but they come back, I have also gotten a fence and yet they still come back!! HELP ME!!!

    Make them welcome!  Freshly voided urine is rich in nitrates, which all plants need.
