ahhh shock bluebells

hello fellow plant lovers!
I have quite the conundrum, I don't know what to believe I heard that grapes are a product of bluebells... please help me understand!!!! are they? if not what fruit comes from bluebells? right back asap.

    Grapes are grown on a grape vine and hang down in a bunch from the vine. Bluebells have seeds in a pod that grows up from the ground, superficially looks similar, but is poisonous.

    Grapes grow on grapevines.
    Bluebells are spring flowers.
    There is no connection between the two.

    Maybe your source of misinformation is getting confused about the common name of Muscari which is "Grape Hyacinth", another blue spring flowering bulb.

    Blue bells do not produce edible fruit, only seed pods as fidgetbones has already stated.
