late frost and fruit tree's.

My cherry, pear and plum tree's are all blossoming, they were caught with a late frost last year and consequently none produced any fruit.

My Q is how low should the temperature get before I cover with fleece... the pears and cherry tree's are fan trained and plum kept small.

I would say, if the forecast looks like temps will dip towards 2-3oC at night you could fleece them. It depends where you are situated and how accurate you find forecasts to be for you. If you are in a frost pocket or very rural, then leave more of a temp margin. If in a city, very sheltered and forgiving, then you don't need to be so careful.  RHS thoughts here.
