hi all, I’m fairly new to plants etc.. I bought a jasmine plant a few weeks ago but it appears to be dying on me already. It came in a ceramic pot so I’ve taken it out today as I’ve read on other forums that it needs to breathe and that it helps to see if it needs watering or not. The flowers seem to be falling of at the slightest touch or movement. I’ve been placing it by the window in indirect sunlight for 6-8 hrs a day as advised on other forums and have made sure I’m not watering it too much or too little - ensuring the soil is moist to the touch. I’ve attached a photo so please offer your suggestions to help me bring it back to life!
Actually, it's a Stephanotis. They are a bit tricky. They like to be cool and bright but not in sunlight. In winter reduce watering and keep it in a very cool room. Although you have lost some flowers, the plant looks very healthy so I would expect it to recover.
