Yucca

I bought myself a small yucca a few months ago and, are a few days of ignoring it, a couple of the leaves have curled up and have white bands across them.

Can anyone tell me from my photo what's wrong with it, or, more likely, what I have done wrong? More importantly, can it be saved?

(Please excuse my poor photography skills!)

Yucca leaf curling is usually a result of poor light and overwatering .
Bright light for 6-8 hours per day is optimal for good steady growth ; sometimes just being near a window is not enough .
