Identifying unknown plant...!

Hi, I was hoping someone could help me identify this plant. I inherited it from a grandparents garden and I don't know what it is.

And if anyone has any care tips or how to address the yellowing of some of the leaves I would be very grateful (see photo) !

It is a Hebe, although not sure which one.
