Help pls - what type of weed is this?

I am a beginner gardener.

I have now used Aftercut All in one lawn treatment twice On my lawn, it manage to kill all  types of other weed and moss except for this one. I got this type as a patch around different areas of the lawn. Please see the picture.

My garden is next to a farm, if that helps.

Can anyone please advise me the name of this type and how to get rid of it?

    It's buttercup and judging by the yellowing has been affected by the weedkiller but is just taking longer to die than the other weeds.
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    Yes it definitely looks like buttercup. Very difficult to eradicate.
