Advice on growing Non stop begonia from seed?

Hi
Is growing non stop begonia by seed easy? What is the best time time to sow and will it flower this year or the following year?

I have sown this begonia twice this year, and they germinated (in 10 days) in the conditions I gave them (outside out of direct sunlight, temperatures above 20 degrees, 100% umidity). When it was too hot, they flopped. Now that it is autumn here, and it is milder, they look happier. The point is to make them root: provide them with the fluffiest compost you can get (I think adding coir or turf can suit them) and keep watering moderately after they germinate.

PS: Can you spot them in the picture?

I have tried sowing them, about end of  February i think is the time, I don’t bother with them anymore they take so long are very tiny and I just haven’t got the time. Begonia corms I buy.
