Plant/Moss ID please

Small, cushion forming and star shaped as an individual, does anyone know what this is? It is brilliant at colonising in between pavers where creeping thyme and all other sorts have failed.

Perfectly possible, thank you, I got nowhere with my research. I will know for sure if it ever produces flowers for me. Thanks, still open to confirmations/other opinions!
