Better photo. Any new ideas?

They've grown a bit so maybe someone knows what this is. Had a couple of possible ideas but no firm id yet. Thanks.  :)

    Its the lower growing plant at the front not the hellebore or the fennel. Sorry, posted pic twice by mistake.

    They look like young cosmos to me.

    Bingo ! Kleipiper you got it. I put some in last year but i thought it looked different in the leaves but after googling thats exactly it. I have another coreopsis and the leaves are completely different so it threw me. Thanks!

    Kitty - thanks for replying. They do look rather like cosmos seedlings but i definately haven't any cosmos.

    Wow, your fennel is really going for it. Mine has hardly started.

    It goes crazy and self seeds all over here. Becoming a real pain. Ive already pulled half of it out this year
