HELP!, with standard rose ... please

Hi , can someone tell me whats wrong with this standard i,ve had it for years and it flowers lovely .. not sure what its called .. i think its “blue .. something ...the problem is the last few weeks it keeps producing lots of new growth its fantastic as per usual .... but red colour new shoots keep turning black and dying…
