Peace lily droopy and yellow

Hello I let my peace lily get some rain water and it seems to have not liked the temperature change (it was colder outside than inside?). Now that its leaves are yellow do I cut them at soil level? Will the leaves grow back if I clip them? What else can I do to bring her back to original fullness?

    I have one of these in an arrangement i was given. I have cut off the odd damaged or old leaves and it just throws up more so i would say go ahead. 

    I would not put it outside until june and even then it will get sun damage and possibly wind damage. I know you did it for the rain but I think they are just too delicate for it.
