  The prima donnas are the ones who announce they intend to leave and wait to see how many beg them to stay.  Their usual behaviour involves a lot of attention seeking.  I've seen quite a few leave and then come back and bask in welcomes before they have another paddy about something and repeat the process.
  
  Those people make life uncomfortable.
  
  I have never seen KD do that.
