Rose advice...any suggestions would be appreciated

    It does okay for me and is reasonably robust, also in a west facing windy bed. The only problem I have had is one or two shoots have reverted back to its parent "Mary Rose" so those blooms were pink, or pink and white striped. Made for a very interesting look. I do use rusted metal rose baskets as I find the DA roses have heavy blooms on thin stalks.

    A little update. I decided i wanted to go with a DA Desdemona but my local seller had none in stock. Instead I got two DA roses Lichfield angel and Gertrude jekyll. Both had been reduced to half price, but look perfectly healthy
