Help with some plants that look like theyre dying:(

Help! 
Ive noticed some loverly plants i have seem rather sick! I have had some rust on my palm tree for a while but it looks like its spread. Any ideas if this is the case and what can i do please? Thanks very much!

    The top one could just be normal - the leaves do die. I usually pull or cut them off - new ones replace them.
    The middle one looks like it may be hungry/thirsty and/or overcrowded but that might be rust spreading.
    Don't know about palms I'm afraid so not sure on the last one. It looks like it could be a mixture of frost and slug/snail damage but again, it could be rust. 

    I think you need to have a good old rootle about in all those leaves, clear out old dead leaves underneath and on the ground and burn them or bin them. Look for slugs and snails in amongst, give them a good drink and a nitrogen feed and have a search for info/videos on how to split or divide the different plants you have there. They need more room, phormiums are greedy feeders, none of them like to dry out and rust is a fungus so can be greatly improved by clearing away dead matter and getting a bit more air circulation.

    There are various rust treatments you can buy which may be worth trying as well.
