Advice: What To Do

The advice given is all very fine and dandy - given an "average" spring, but my garden and allotment have been covered in snow twice recently and are now far too wet to even dig, let alone sow anything!! Where is this Gardeners' World?

    Patience.  We're all about 3 weeks behind, some even more, but will catch up very quickly once the sun finally shines.
