Mystery seed

im new to growing from seed and I have planted many indoors with seed compost. All is going well but I have a strange seedling coming up in my lavender trays. It doesn’t match any leaves of what I’m already growing.
any ideas on roughly what this could be?

    A stray seed has got in there ... could be a milk thistle or similar ... it happens from time to time ...just ease it out gently without disturbing the rest of the compost.

    It looks like one of the oriental veg used as a salad crop. however it's not guaranteed so I would do as Dove suggests and ease it out.
