Potting on Toms

Morning all...these shop bought Toms are about 6/7 inches high, so is it the time to pot them on, and is the pot in the picture the right size, or is it too big / small?

Also, should I be feeding at this stage?

    I wouldn't pot on just yet ... they look fine ... I pot on when I see little white shoots appearing at the drainage holes in the bottom of the pots.  And I don't start feeding until the first truss of fruits have set, so a good while away yet. 
    Feeding too soon means you get lots of leaves and not many flowers/fruits which is the wrong way around  :)

    Meant to say ... when you do pot on that pot looks fine ... plant nice and deeply ... up to the first proper leaves.  The final pots will need to be the size of large buckets.

    Fully agree - they don't look as they've outgrown the existing pots yet.  Are they going into a GH or outside, eventually? 
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    In that case I'd leave them as they are for now.  If night temps are still too low to plant them out when the roots have filled the original pots, then pot them on into the (15cm?) pots.
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
