Lawnmower grass shoot attachment...

I don't know if I've made this up but we have a house that we don't get to as much as we'd like (it's overseas) and when we do get there, there's a lot of grass to cut.  We have a Honda ride-on mower but what would be really useful would be an attachment on it that doesn't collect all the grass but that leaves it tidily in a long heap at the edge of the row I'm cutting.  I'm not explaining this very well but often the grass is too long to mulch and it would take forever picking it up in the grass collector and having to empty that.  Driving along without the grassbox on the back causes a "grass storm" so something that would aim my grass-storm down and to the edge of the row would be ideal.
Does anyone know if this type of thing exists even and what I should search for to get one?
Many thanks in advance.
All the best

I can't think of an attachment for your mower that isn't going to blow it allroads but what about using a leaf blower. Your problem is the length of the grass between mows I take it so this may not work but would it be possible to blow it into a tidy heap or a corner?
You need a snow blower and a big net!
    Or something like this.  :D

I can think of plenty of walk behind mowers that have a side exit facility, but I don't really know about ride on models. I would try your Honda agent first, to see if such a thing exits it would be expensive from them but at least you would know if it's a possibility. Sorry not to be more help.

Side discharge chute. It won't leave it in a tidy wee row, but if you learn to use the mower you'll be able to do pretty well and leave it easy to rake up.
  • I think your lawn mower has some kind of blade issue. I think you should ask a mechanic to check it. There is a second option for you as well. You can also keep the latest Lawn Mower Service Manuals which will help you in repairing and servicing of your lawn mower.
