Growing strawberry plants in a greenhouse

Hi There

I am hrowing strawberries in a greenhouse and am getting some prolific growth and flowers.
Should i move them outside as it can get quite hot in the greenhouse 20c and i read someone temps above 16c will stop flowers appearing?
Do i need to hand polinate them as they are in a greenhouse? Should i feed them with something like tomorite to promote flowering and fruiting?

Sorry for all the questions, it is my first year i will get a crop from them.

Many thanks in advance,

Daniel

Well as i propogated 27 strawberry plants by cutting last year i decided this year to force 7 for extended picking. Is there anything different i need to do for forcing?

Also what is a good yield from 27 strawberry plants?

    Thanks,

    Daniel

10 or 12 plants.... .I recall being blessed with about 3 or 4 nights worth for a bowl each for three of us.  Say 16 portions from 12 plants.... Can't recall the variety.  With vanilla ice cream i believe 😀

I am doing my strawberry in glasshouse this year, some have flowers do you leave them to their own devices or would I have to pollinate them as there in the glasshouse.

I leave mine to thier own devices and they all seem to do okay and the + is you get them earlier when grown in the greenhouse. :)
