Can you identify these plants please?

Hi,
I bought a few plants in a clearance from my local garden centre but they didn't have labels on them. I wondered if anyone could identify them for me if possible?

Tricky but the last one looks grafted and the rootstock seems to have sprouted.  If you want the original plant, you need to cut the stem to the rear-right out completely or it will take over (it pretty much has already.)
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

Heres a slightly better picture but I think you are right, its been grafted. i would still like to know what it is though!

Pics 1 & 3 ; very difficult to tell at this stage .Maybe more pics when in leaf?
Pic no 2 resembles a rather congested Hydrangea .

Is there anything I can do to help that Hydrangea?

Probably possible to 'thin-out' some of the stems , but wait until the plant is into full growth .

I’m sure the 1st one is a hibiscus. Mine looks just like that, twigs of wood. Don’t know when they start to bud.

This is picture number 3 with leaves on, does that help a bit more?
