Spot on @Lyn. If I had had that information it would have saved me a lot of hassle. Know what you mean @Freddies Dad. You could end up with plants you just don't need.
I DO need them Freddies Dad, I am not one of these folk who think "Ooooh, its free, I must have it"I am the one who says "there is no such thing as a free lunch! " I have an 8th of an acre of garden. Still trying to fill it. The lavender, is because I started making scented candles and bath bombs/steeps lat year, I need a good supply. 9 plugs 50p each, havent seen them in my local anywhere near that price, I did try growing lavender from seed a few years ago, and the old plants I have are very woody now. No, no-one who can show me how to cut and paste, but as I said the site was "down" the other day, seems to be OK now, and am with the programme.
Didn't know who the kind invitation was directed at so didn't assume it was me. Maybe @Firefly thought I lived in Suffolk (which I had mentioned) but only googled that. Live much further away in IOM. Maybe we can all go as Nanny Beach suggested?
Lol. I'm in London and you are all very welcome to come for lunch. The more the merrier. I run a local group for gardening neighbours, once a month. You can come and join us.
( I was originally replying to Nanny's comment "there is no such thing as a free lunch. ") I'm a great believer in free food.
