Palm Tree Care
Hi,
We have just bought a house and (I think!!) we have inherited a Chinese Windmill Palm Tree. I don't think it's had any care by the previous owners as its covered in ivy. I'm not normally big into gardening but I'm hoping to do a bit more in the new house. Has anyone got any advice about how to look after the palm tree and how do I go about pruning the palms/fronds? I've read a bit about them and that they don't like having too much removed although I could do to trim it back a bit. The ends of the fronds have gone a bit yellow - does this mean anything in particular? I've cut the ivy roots to kill it and hopefully get it pulled off it.
Thanks in advance
