I love Starlings sadly they are in decline ,this time of year they are boosted in numbers by those from abroad ,i'm pleased to say I get approx 16 visiting everyday but they went down to two for a couple of years ,to think i used to moan about them eating so many fatballs  in one day ,when i used to get a flock off them .Come back little hooligans all welcome eat what you want x

  • We used to get starlings here all the time, but they are a rare sight in our garden now.  So when I saw 3 on our bird feeders recently I was ecstatic and I never thought I would be saying that about what were once one of the most common visitors here.

Mrs G. LF is one of my favourite plants. It's easy to prune and the self seedlings are easy to spot and pull out.
    In London. Keen but lazy.
