Living willow

I've bought some living willow for a low fence thinking it will look good growing but just had a thought does anyone know if the roots will run amock in my flower bed thanks

    Living willow low fence?  It grows like topsy!  You'll need to keep it under control and yes willow does have vigorous roots....
