I was recently advised peat moss (with sharp sand) is the best for carnivorous plants. Thing is I can't find it! Does anyone know where I can order some?
don't use sharp sand as it can contain salts which can kill the plants, use perlite or fine gravel, you can also use ground coir, or fine ground pine bark instead of peat as its more environmentally friendly

Thank you! I do have some perlite handy.
I had no idea about ground coir and fine ground pine bark. Cheers Perhaps I could mix them with the peat moss? That way less peat is used.
