planting on

my geranium plugs arrived earlier than expected and do to recent weather attempted to grow on indoors but over 50% have died can anybody have idea why

    they are not indoor plants. Generally hardy plants are better grown on in less warm temperatures than the average house. I can't say why they died though. Which ones are they?

    OK, just googled and those are pelargoniums, not hardy geraniums.  Peth.lad, the naming of these by suppliers has been a problem for years!
    The only trouble I've had with raising or overwintering pelargoniums indoors is overwatering which can lead to fungal infection.
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    Possibly due to overwatering - any chance of a photo? Might be worth contacting Jersey Plants and see what they have to say.
